Norinco SKS, Type 56 Chinese military issue semi-auto rifle in great condition.
Made at Jianshe Arsenal ("Arsenal 26" or "A26") factory in China ~ 1979. Imported by Poly USA of Atlanta, GA (likely in the late 1980s to early 1990s). All matching serial numbers on receiver, bolt, magazine and trigger guard. See photos for markings.
Featrues a short stroke GPO, 10 shot integral box magazine, milled receiver, hooded front post sight, tangent notch rear sight w/100-1,000 meter graduations, trigger guard safety, knurled right side charging handle knob, wtih a blued finish.
It has an ATI "Monte Carlo Sporter Stock" in matte black installed. Also comes with a Simmons "Model 762" 4x28 scope, B-Square scope mount, aftermarket black rifle sling, several booklets/paperwork/manuals, opened package of Chinese made cartridge clips (x 8), unopened package of Chinese made cartridge clips (x 10) and olive drab green 2-point canvas/leather sling (with "7.62" and Chinese characters printed on it).
No original wood stock or handguard and no bayonet. But these can be easily sourced online for a few hundred dollars.
